Wholesale Accounts
To open a Wholesale account, simply fax or email a copy of your seller's permit (sales and use tax exemption license, not your business license) and include your email address and phone number and we will email you your user account information usually within 24 hours. (Alaska, Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon, please send your business license along with phone number and email)
We will set up your username and (temporary) password for online wholesale orders.
