Powerloom Bed Spreads are woven by machine and are more dense and "sheet like." Powerloom Bedspreads are only available in sizes single and double. Click the Powerloom link under Bedspreads in the column to the left. Most of the bed spreads are handloom (hand woven) and are lighter, thinner (and cheaper), than the powerloom or the heavier weight spreads and bed spreads with fringes. Feel free to search by size to see availability of a particular style for a given size. All curtains are powerloom.
Indian Print Tapestries are used as Bed Spreads, wall hangings, ground/floor covers for picnics or play areas, sofa covers, ceiling covers to add character to your dorm room or apartment, as well as material for duvet's, curtains, etc. Sizes may slightly vary and dye batches and prints may not be exactly identical. The value is just not in the price...these multi purpose spreads are durable and are made to last for years. They are all single Layer (sheet-like with no filler). Heavier weight and spreads with fringe are much thicker.
